A: Yes, every user is entitled to a 'First Class Free’. Choose a teacher, click 'book a free session’, then request Book a free session in WhatsApp.
Q3: How can I add images to my blog posts?
A: To add images, click on the 'Insert Image' button in the blog post editor, upload your image, and then insert it into your post.
Q4: Can I take group sessions?
A: We prioritize one-on-one teaching for deeper subject exploration. We exclusively offer individual sessions for optimal learning benefits.
Q5: What is the duration of each session?
A: Each one-on-one session is 40 minutes to 1 hour long.
Q6: Will I get a recording of the session?
A: Yes, you have access to all recorded videos for practice and review.
Q7: What is your cancellation and re-scheduling policy for the lessons?
A: Please cancel or re-schedule at least 6 hours before the session to avoid charges. Late cancellations are subject to teacher discretion. Emergencies can be reported for consideration.

A: Go to 'Call Now,' click 'Text on WhatsApp’, type ‘cancel or re-schedule session’ also Provide a reason for cancellation or re-scheduling.
Q9: Will I get a refund if the internet connectivity was not good and the session could not be completed?
A: A full refund will be provided if the internet issue is at the teacher's end. If it's on student's end, the session will be charged. Ensure good internet connectivity 30 minutes before the scheduled session.
